Our Well Being Groups usually run weekly for two hours. A combination of activities and therapeutic group work to enhance well-being usually delivered on a roll over basis of 6 to 8 sessions. The Group will provide a safe and therapeutic basis for getting to know others and bonding with them, thus promoting healthy, supportive relationships to develop and grow outside of the group.
Topics covered may include: -
- Parenting Issues
- General health and well-being- including diet and exercise
- Coping strategies for difficult feelings such as stress and anger
- Personal Goals for the Future (including employment and further training and volunteering)
